Can I order same day pick up or delivery?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not do same day pick up or delivery
Can I order a flavor that is not on the menu?
Sure! If you have a flavor in mind that you do not see on our menu, we will do custom flavors for a small fee.
Do you offer mini-cupcakes?
Yes, we do offer mini-cupcakes. If you would rather have mini cupcakes as opposed to regular sized cupcakes, please specify when placing your order.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options?
At this time we do not offer gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free options but will in the very near future.
Do your products contain nuts?
Majority of our products do not contain nuts unless otherwise requested.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order is placed, it can only be modified or cancelled if your order has been placed two weeks or more in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently use Square for payment processing, so we accept Visa, Discover, AMEX and cash. We also can accept payment through PayPal and the Cash app. (Ask a team member for more details) We Do Not accept checks.
Do I need to prepay?
You can if you'd like, but we don't require it. We do however require a 50% down payment at the time of ordering. This ensures your event date is held and any supplies we may need to complete your order can be purchased.

Yes, you can pick up your order.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we currently deliver anywhere in Henderson and within 30 miles of the surrounding areas.
How much is the delivery fee?
Our delivery fee is $.75 per mile needed to travel from our shop.
Do you ship orders?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship orders, but plan to in the future.
Will your products be fresh when I get them?
Of course! Depending on the size of an order, our products will be baked no more than 3 days prior to your event.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we love to cater to your theme, so tell us your ideas and we will do our best to match your theme!
How much time in advance do I need to place a custom order?
Custom orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance of your event date.

How do I store my Cake, Cupcakes, Cake Pops or Pup-cakes?
It is best to store our products in a nice cool place to keep them fresh and to avoid the frosting from melting.
How long are Your products good for?
Our products should be consumed within a week of receiving them to ensure freshness.
What is the minimum order for Pup-cakes?
The minimum order for Pup-Cakes is one dozen.
Are the Pup-cakes safe for my dog to eat?
Of course! Our Pup-Cakes are made with all natural ingredients, even humans can eat them!
